Marketing and Events Coordinator

Godfather’s Pizza | Omaha, NE | June 2017-June 2018

  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs with the goal of increasing product awareness, sales, and profits

  • Maintain Godfather’s Pizza Franchisee Portal, Franchise Website, Specific Store Websites, and Blog

  • Organize events for brand promotion, as well as manage the on-site logistics. For example:

    • Participated in the Sidewalk Arts Festival in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with a goal of increasing awareness and driving sales for our local store. The Godfather character interacted with a crowd of 40,000 making priceless impressions and the vending team, and the vending team had sales of $2,600 more than paying for the entry fee, food, and labor.

  • Act as the point-of-contact for various media reps

  • Grow catering sales by visiting area businesses to establish repeat and referral catering orders

    • Targeting businesses of more than 50 employees in the Omaha metropolitan area delivering food, catering menus, special offers, and coupons

    • Building a database of new and existing customers for use in email and direct mail marketing
       

Production Intern

Publicis Experiences | St. Louis, MO | June 2016-August 2016

  • Organized event logistics for specific client events including eBay, PayPal, and Citi Bank

    • Assisted in making itineraries, booked entertainment for the socials, and coordinated all transportation needed for staff and interns for the 2016 eBay Intern Conference in San Jose, CA.

  • Researched options for venues, sponsorships, and technology

  • Provided real-time, onsite support during events throughout the summer

    • Traveled to San Francisco, CA to assist with PayPal’s tent at the Outside Lands Music Festival. Coordinated transportation for the brand ambassadors, maintained refreshments in the employee/brand ambassador green room, and directed attendees through the tent layout.
